TEAM CHECK-IN

Mandatory team check-in to be held on Friday evening, May 28th at the Dunedin Complex. Team/player/coaches credentials will be verified from 6:00pm until 8:00 p.m. Each team participating must have a representative at the meeting. Raffle of prizes will start at 8:00 pm sharp; complimentary food, refreshements and beer (must be 21 or older) will be served. Cruise give away drawing to be held Monday, May 31st at 8am.

The following documents are required at check-in:
  • Signed and laminated coaches and player passes.
  • Original and two (2) copies of a verified roster.
  • Originals and one (1) copy of player medical release forms.
  • Travel papers, if applicable.
