2012 Spring Recreational Soccer Registration
Starting January 16, 2012
Registration for the 2012 Spring Recreational Soccer Season will start January 16, 2012, running every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Registrations will be held at the DSSC Clubhouse.
Once you download the form, you can fill it out on your computer, print it out, and bring it to the club with your
payment or drop if off anytime during registration in the slot on the door.
If your child did not play this past season, you should bring a copy of
their birth certificate with you. If needed, we will scan it and return it to you that day.
Registration Fees
U-6 & U-8 players, $130 per player
U-10 players and up, $150 per player
Additional Information:
New players to the Club must bring a birth certificate copy to registration.
An additional volunteer fee of $25 per family is due at registration. The $25 volunteer fee will be refunded upon completion of the required volunteer hours.
Payment may be done in cash, check or using Paypal.
Please read pages 1 and 3 of the registration packet carefully before bringing your paperwork registration.
The 2012 Spring Recreational Season begins March 26, 2012, with the first practice on March 5, 2012. The season runs for ten weeks, except for the week of March 26, 2012.
Remember that the Spring Season is a co-ed in-house season with no travel and all games played at DSSC.
